DELIVERY & RETURNS

Any Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM GMT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day depending on availability. All orders placed after 11 AM GMT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 GMT  will begin processing on the following Monday.

Christianroseclothing.com will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional identification provided for credit verifications or the merchandise you have chosen is currently not currently in stock We do not offer Saturday delivery.

*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS*

Whilst we aim for orders to arrive within two working days. please be aware that this could sometimes be between 3-5 working days.

If you are not present when delivery is made, royal mail will leave a card with your tracking number, enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all undamaged items within 14 days of the order date.  Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns. Our delivery surcharge is NON refundable.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Christian Rose will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
